About Wendy Dugger
Wendy was born in South Carolina, but her father’s army career brought her family to Lexington in 1989. Today Wendy lives in Lexington with her husband, Josh, and their two daughters.
At Eastern Kentucky University, Wendy graduated with Bachelor’s Business Administration degree in Real Estate. For more than 20 years Wendy has worked as a Property Manager. She began her career managing residential communities and recently worked as a commercial property manager. Wendy is excited about her career and helping clients find their new homes in the Bluegrass with The Agency.
